Dawna Graham is a health coach and certified personal trainer. With over 25 years of experience she understands what it takes to build strength and support bone health, and the challenges that can make change difficult.
She believes lasting change doesn’t come from perfection, willpower, or the latest trend. It comes from practical strategies, consistent action, and an approach that works in the context of real life..
Based in Boulder, CO, she works with women who want to take a proactive approach to their health, providing the guidance, support, and practical tools needed to create meaningful change that lasts.

I’m a Certified Personal Trainer, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Tiny Habits® Certified Coach.
Over the years, I’ve worked with many women who wanted to improve bone density, build strength, and feel more confident in their bodies. Some came to me after a diagnosis of osteopenia or osteoporosis. Others wanted to take a proactive approach to healthy aging.
What I found was that success depends on more than having the right information or the perfect workout plan. It comes from combining effective strength training, practical education, and sustainable habits that fit real life.
My goal is to help you build strength, support bone health, and create routines that serve you for years to come.
